PICK UP IN STORE @ TWEED HEADS SOUTH
You may choose to place your order online and collect in store. The Curious Dog store is located at Unit 1, 17 Machinery Drive, Tweed Heads South. You can also just come in to browse and select at your leisure. Please see our current trading hours below.
We are situated at the front of the complex, directly across from Accent Benchtops factory. Look for a black and white sign "The Curious Dog". We are located in MACHINERY DRIVE, the loop part that runs off Greenway Drive. Parking is available on the gravel area at the front of the shop, or directly outside our roller door. ** Please do not block the driveway.

Home Delivery
Home Delivery is available from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay & Suffolk Park.
Delivery is sent via one of our couriers, depending on the total weight/volume of your order and your location. Delivery fees are between $15 (up to 12kg) and $22 (up to 25kg).
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders submitted before 12pm (normal business days) will be packed that afternoon and sent the following day. Some areas require overnight delivery depending on the courier, and in this case we will endeavour to have your order picked up on the same afternoon your order is received. Please do not leave your order until you are desperate for food as there are sometimes delays in order processing that cannot be avoided.
PACKAGING
Orders will be sent in cardboard cartons with insulated wrapping and ice sheets to keep products frozen during shipping, however they are not able to be left outside for long periods of time. Please choose a delivery address that enables you to bring the products inside quickly. We will not be held responsible for products that have been delivered to your address but left outside and have begun to thaw.
